Ok so this is it. Day one!!! Here We go.
Starting Weight: 218 Pounds
Current Weight: 218 Pounds
So... Lets see, I ride my bike basically everywhere I go so I've decided I really don't want to count that as my exercise in any way.
I never explained my workout routine so here is a quick summary. I always do a 5 minute warm up. I follow that with a full body stretch then to cardio (and a short cool down). Then I do another full body stretch and then follow that by weightlifting.
Exercise today:Warm up - elliptical Machine
Cardio - 40 minutes on elliptical machine (399 calories 2.75 miles)
Weight Lifting - Upper body
Food Today:Breakfast - 7:00 am ---> scrounged at work, had half an individual quiche (not really good for me)
Lunch - 1:00 pm ---> piece of leftover pizza (another poor choice)
Dinner - 7:00 pm ---> burrito [ whole wheat tortilla, brown rice, organic beans, organic corn, cheddar cheese, hot salsa, chicken breast ] (that's more like it
