Updated a day late here, I guess I seem o be choosing sleep over timely posing. No matter.
Exercise today:
Cardio: 40min eliptical
weights: upper body
Food Today:
Water - 68oz
Breakfast - 4:30 am ---> Organic Grapefruit
Snack - 9:00 am--->Leftover soup
Snack - 11:00 Organic banana
Lunch - 1:30 pm ---->Leftover Spaghetti squash
Dinner - 6:30 pm ----> Dragon bowl (brown rice & veggies with dressing)
